July 18-20 2025 Friday 6pm-10pm, Saturday 10am-10pm, Sunday 10am-4pm. Location: Aldergrove Athletic Park - 26770 29 Avenue , Aldergrove, BC.

You must be able to stay for the 3 days. You will have to supply your own tent, table and chairs. All spots are OUTSIDE. Please indicate which space you would like also indicate if you would need power as there are only so many spots available for power. You will not be able to use a generator.
10 x 10 space $200 (plus gst $10)
20 x 10 space $250 (plus gst $12.5)
Power (standard 110v) $100 (plus gst $5)

Cancelation policy: if you need to cancel a refund will only be given if we can fill your spot before June 1, 2025. After June 1, 2025 there will be NO refund.

Insurance, you must included a minimum liability coverage of $3,000,000 for bodily injured and/or property damage. Name the Township of Langley as an additional Insured. Protect each insured in the same manner and to the same extent as though a separate policy has been issued. (If accepted)

I will stay for the duration of the whole market that I am scheduled for. I will be completely set up when doors open. I WILL NOT break down till after (TIME TBD) of either day.
