General Terms and Conditions for Successful Applicants
1-The Applicant irrevocably accepts all the conditions outlined in the Acknowledgement Letter and agrees to join the TRC Value-Added Program, including networked medical studies at Kursk State Medical University (KSMU) and the additional BS/MPH package provided by the Representative (if offered a seat).
2-The Applicant understands that they cannot opt out of any part of the package or request a price reduction, regardless of whether they choose to follow or pass all components of the TRC Program.
3-To obtain a visa invitation, the Applicant must follow all instructions outlined in the Acknowledgement Letter.
4-The Applicant acknowledges that the offer is personal and financial details in the Acknowledgement Letter may vary for different applicants due to factors such as intake period, academic year, or citizenship, at the Representative's discretion.
5-In the event of failure to obtain a KSMU student visa from the Russian Embassy, the Applicant will receive a refund of the advance payment.
6-If the Applicant fails to gain admission to their chosen faculty (as indicated in the Enrolment Form) and departs from the Russian Federation using a one-way student visa, they will receive a refund of advance tuition and accommodation payments.
7-On the second day after arrival in Russia, the Student must submit all necessary documents (listed in the university offer letter) to the Administration of International Relations to complete their admission process.
Failure to provide required documents will be the Student's responsibility, and the Representative will not be held accountable for issues arising from non-compliance.
8-If the Applicant terminates their studies prematurely, they agree not to reapply to KSMU or any affiliated institution without prior written approval from the Representative for a period of two years.
9-If this agreement is breached, the Applicant will pay damages equivalent to two years' full program fees.
This clause remains binding for two years after the termination of this agreement or the Student’s studies.
10-Accommodation gift refund charges apply to the academic year as a whole and are not calculated monthly.
11-If the Student is expelled or terminates their studies, they are eligible for a refund of prepaid fees for the upcoming semester only after leaving the Russian Federation.
12--Students forfeiting provided accommodation may be eligible for a gift refund of accommodation fees for the upcoming semester, provided they comply with move-out protocols before the semester begins.
13-Annual TRC package payments must be made exclusively to TRC Edu Limited or its designated bank account before the academic year begins. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from KSMU and the BS/MPH program.
Students required to repeat a semester or academic year must pay the corresponding fees to TRC Edu Limited before the new session begins.TRC Edu Limited will notify the University once the Student has fulfilled all payment obligations.
14-TRC Edu Limited is not liable for any issues or losses arising from travel undertaken by the Student within or outside the Russian Federation.
15-Study materials at KSMU are available in the university library but may not always be available for borrowing.
16- The Student is responsible for complying with all TRC and KSMU and BS/MPH partner regulations.
17-Students expelled from KSMU or the BS/MPH program for any reason are not eligible for refunds for the current or previous semester.
18-Payments for tuition and accommodation fees must be made through TRC Edu Limited’s bank accounts, wallet card gateway, or local offices when available.
19-Financial matters such as payments and refunds must be addressed exclusively through the Representative's email.
20-AML Compliance: Payments must originate from the Student’s or their direct parents' accounts. Payments from other family members or sponsors require full KYC documentation.
21-Payments directly to KSMU’s bank account are permitted only for damages, penalties, or requested extra classes.
22- The Representative provides limited medical insurance valid in Kursk (excluding life insurance).
23-Applicant information provided in forms or correspondence may be shared with subcontractors or agents for admission purposes.
24-Any conflicts regarding these terms should first be resolved amicably.
25-Legal disputes will be resolved under Cyprus law and in Cyprus courts.
26-These terms remain valid for the entire study period at KSMU and/or the BS/MPH program.
These are only part of the Terms, and more obligations are noted in the student agreement with TRC EDU LIMITED. The agreement primes over all other obligations when there is conflict.
