Client Appointment Policy
Thank you for choosing to book with me. Please take a moment to review the following important information regarding your appointment:
Response Time: Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to your inquiry.
Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in being added to a no-show list. Clients on this list will not be permitted to schedule future appointments.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to reschedule any future appointments.
