• Set up a payment for your purchase

  • 1. After you have made your item selections from our Brochures and entered them on the Easy Order Form, total up the amount you ordered.
    (A processing fee will automatically be added to your order: $1 - $50 = $1.50, $51- $100 = $2.50, $101 - $150 = $3.50, $151 - $250 = $4.50, Over $251 = 2% of sale)

    2. Fill out the information below. You will be required to enter the Organization ID, which is on the Easy Order Form. (If not on form, please check with your Seller.)

    If using any other form of payment please enter Last 4 Numbers of the transaction ID from your Confirmation Email on Student Order Form. (CC AUTH CODE)
