2025 Dog Training Classes

Strengthen your bond with your dog while helping them develop basic doggy manners,socialization skills, and how to prevent unwanted behavior.

Each session runs for 6 weeks, with each class running for approximately one hour. 

All trainers are certified by the Animal Behavior College, AKC, or are a Graduate of Happy Tails Pet Training Apprentice Program and have a minimum of 5 years training experience.

BASIC OBEDIENCE CLASS REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE AND RELEASE FORM
I (We), the undersigned, hereby request permission to participate in activities of Feeders Pet Supply Co., Inc. I (We) understand the risks involved in such activities and that unanticipated and unexpected danger may arise during such activities, and I (We) assume all risks of injury to my person (our persons) and property that may be sustained in connection with the stated and associated activities in and about the training premises or grounds or near the entrance thereto.

In consideration of the permission granted to me (us) to enter the premises or to enter with this dog (these dogs) and participate in the above activities, I (we) hereby, for myself (ourselves), heirs, administrators, assigns agree to hold Feeders Pet Supply Co., Inc., (Chow Hound Pet Supplies) its officers, directors, agents,trainers and their assistants, and the owner or lessor of the premises and any employees of the aforementioned parties, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or persons, including myself (ourselves), or to anything by the act of this dog (these dogs) while on or upon the premises or grounds or near the entrance
thereto, and I (We) personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim, and I (We) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless for any such claim for the loss of the dog (these dogs) by disappearance, theft, death, or otherwise and from any claim for damages or injury to the dog (these dogs), whether such loss, disappearance, theft, damage or injury be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of any parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person or other cause or causes. I (We) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify and save the liability imposed by the law upon any of the aforementioned parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained, by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves) and my (our) guests (including children) who might attend such activities, or on account if damage to property, arising out of my (our) presence on or arising out of my (our) or in consequence of my (our) participation in this (these training class (classes) howsoever such injuries, death or damage of property may cause, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be alleged to have been by negligence of the aforementioned parties or any of their employees or agents or any other person.

I (We) certify that my (our) attendance and participation in the stated activities is voluntary.

I (We) understand that there is a $25 non-refundable fee.
