    Accepting Member registration from Friday, 7 March at 9am

    Accepting Guest registration from Friday, 14 March at 9am

  • - Before any junior joining classes and activities, they must be registered under their parent accounts.

    - Life Absent Members must reactivate their accounts to temporary or permanent at the Main Reception or Membership Office.

    - If any non-compliance of the rules and regulations, a prevailing fine HK$2,500 per classes or activities will be applied to members’ account.

  • Select the week/s you would like your child to attend. The schedule will be displayed once desired weeks have been selected. 
    Multiple weeks can be selected. 

     

  • CAMP TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. Your application is subject to a confirmation sent to you via return Jotforms email. Incomplete information may lead to an unsuccessful application.

    2. Your registration will automatically be confirmed and your account will be charged once the minimum number of participants is reached. Cancellations are not permitted. No refund will be made for unattended sessions unless a doctor certificate is provided within 48 hours of the unattended class.

    3. CAMP FEES: ($240 per hour)
      3 Hour Camp = $720 | 4 Hour Camp = $960
      4.5 Hour Camp = $1,080  |  5 Hour Camp = $1,200
      6 Hour Camp = $1,440  |  7.5 Hour Camp = $1,800
      8 Hour Camp = $1,920  |  10 Hour Camp = $2,400
      *Blue Ball camps are charged at $260 per hour due to the lower coach-to-player ratio. 
    4. All camps may require a minimum participation rate. Classes, camps and clinics may be cancelled if there aren’t enough participants or sign ups. An email will be sent out 1 week before camps start in case of cancellation.

    5. In case of rain, please contact the Sports Desk 1 hour in advance to confirm whether or not the Camp is taking place, and/or if it has been moved indoors.

    6. To ensure safety and that all children are supervised at all times, please be reminded that children must be collected promptly after the lesson/session has finished.

    7. Selected Camps will be held on indoor court 1 -
      (HOWEVER, IF SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE IS REQUIRED ON INDOOR COURT 1, THEN CAMPS WILL BE MOVED TO OUTDOOR COURTS.) All other Camps will be held on courts 4,7,8,9,10 and mini court.

    8. Please ensure that your child has applied sunscreen, mosquito repellent and wears a hat. Correct tennis attire must be worn for Camps and tennis shoes must be those designed for tennis only.

    9. Parents and guardians are asked to refrain from interacting with their children while the Camp is in progress.

    10. Member(s) who join the program above agree that neither the Club nor the appointed instructor(s) shall be responsible for any accidents, injuries and/or loss arising from his/her participation, however caused.
