  • Welcome to Hidden Treasures and Collectables.
    Our mission is to provide Artisans and Crafters the opportunity to sell quality products in a clean and professional environment year round.  Artisans and crafters will have the opportunity to display their items and receive 100% of their product sales.

    Upon completion of this application you will be notified if your products have been accepted and space available.

                    • MINIMUM TIME COMMITMENT
                      We require an initial 2 month commitment to join Hidden Treasures and Collectables - after which time rentals will be on a month to month basis.

                      VENDOR RESPONSIBILITES

                      1. Rent Payment/Commitment: Vendors are required to commit to an initial two-month rental period to join Hidden Treasures and Collectibles. After this initial period, rentals will transition to a month-to-month basis. Payments must be made on the first day of each month via e-transfer, credit card, debit, cheque, or cash. Failure to make payment will result in the immediate removal of your products, which must be collected within 48 hours. No exceptions.
                      2. Requesting Larger Space: Requests for a larger space must be made at least two weeks before the end of the month. If approved, your rent will increase accordingly for the following month.
                      3. Requesting Smaller Space: Requests for a smaller space must be submitted a minimum of two weeks before the end of the month. If approved, your rent will be adjusted for the following month.
                      4. Vacating Space: Vendors must provide a minimum of two weeks’ notice if they plan to vacate their space.
                      5. Product Standards: All products must be free of damage or imperfections at the time of setup.
                      6. Display Units: If using a floor display unit, it must fit within the space allocated. Damaged or broken display units will not be accepted.
                      7. Rental Inclusions: Your rental includes the allocated space, marketing, retail expenses, transaction fees, and administrative support.

                      HIDDEN TREASURES PLICIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

                      1. Sales Monitoring: We will monitor the sales of your products and strive to provide excellent customer service.
                      2. Vendor Payments: Vendors will receive 100% of their product sales revenue at the end of each month.
                      3. Cleanliness: Rental spaces will be maintained in a clean and organized manner.
                      4. Security: All products will be securely stored during non-business hours.
                      5. Code of Conduct: Slander, verbal abuse, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
                      6. Product Sales: Hidden Treasures is not responsible if your products do not sell.
                      7. Theft Policy: While we will make every effort to monitor and prevent theft, Hidden Treasures is not liable for stolen items.
                      8. Damage Policy: We are not responsible for damaged items. Customers are subject to the "You break it, you buy it" policy.
                      9. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
                      10. Price Changes: Rental rates are subject to change, with vendors receiving a minimum of one month’s notice in advance.
