Sunshine Coast Ladies Midweek Tennis Association
This registration form should be filled out by the Team Captain who is entering a team in the upcoming 2026 Ladies Midweek Tennis AUTUMN Season. Entries are due by Friday 23rd January 2026.
- The cost to register a team is $60.
- We suggest you register at least 6 players (4 required as minimum) per team.
- Each player must be individually registered with a club at the time of this team registration.
- It is up to your team to have a home court at a tennis facility on the Sunshine Coast.
