2025 Pateros Apple Pie Jamboree Cornhole Tournament Entry.

Friday July 18th 5-9pm
Tournament Information:

1.Please complete the entire registration form. ATTENTION MINORS: Both
you and your parent must sign the Release, Waiver. Signatures of parents of minors will be secured on tournament day, before the start of play.

2.Each team will have 2 players

3. Brackets will be created just prior to the tournament.

Tournament Day Schedule:

4:45pm- Check-in at the souvenirs booth. Players under 18 using online signup, with parent signature requirement
completed.

5:00pm- Play begins.
