If you notify me of a cancellation 48 hours or less before the date, you will be expected to pay 80% of the value of your booking. If you notify me of a cancellation a minimum of 96 hours or less before the date, you will be expected to pay 50% of the value of your booking. Cancel before these windows, and there is no cancellation fee, but you will not receive your deposit back, AND it will not go towards the next date. Three-strike rule. Three cancellations, and you're banned.Failure to notify cancellation or pay the cancellation fee will result in a ban.

Rescheduling is cancelling. If you provide 96 hours minimum time before asking to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to your next booking. Asking to reschedule in less than that amount of time will result in keeping your deposit. If I book a space for our session that you rescheduled, I cannot get my money back. You are expected to pay the booking fee.
