    Hello! This form takes 5-10 minutes to complete.

  • BEAM is committed to offering training to community in a variety of accessible methods. We offer public, free and low cost trainings throughout the year. Please see our calendar to register.

    Our private offerings are limited to manage our capacity. Please carefully consider which options might fit your needs best. 

    Before requesting a private training, please note:

    • We are currently accepting requests for 2026. 
    • We hold a limited number of private trainings per year between the months of February and October
    • Trainings must be requested 90 days prior. 
    • BEAM's rate per private training generally begins at $2,500.
    • Please familiarize yourself with our training offerings. 

    We are eager to work with community partners and want to connect with you in the way that best serves us both.  If your request does not fit into our private training requirements, please instead fill out our community form which allows us to connect and collaborate in the most meaningful way.

  • We are committed to working with community partners regardless of budget alignment.

    If your numbers are outside of our private training requirements (attendees or budget), please connect with us in one of the following ways instead.
     

    1. Fill out the BEAM Community Form, so that we can remain in touch, reach out with future aligned opportunities (grants, programs, etc), and connect with you the next time we are in your area! 

    2. Visit our Upcoming Trainings page on our website. We would love you and your organization to attend one of our public-facing programs, and can work with you to ensure accessibility.

    3. Sign up for our Newsletter and follow our Social Media platforms so that you can stay up to date with public facing events and programs as they are announced.
