I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in hair services provided by a barber student. I understand that these services are being provided for donations only, and I am aware that I may not receive the same level of service as I would from a licensed professional. I hereby waive any and all claims against the barber student and any associated entities for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of these services.
I understand that I am receiving services from a barber student and that the student is still in training. I agree to release the barber student from any liability for injury or damages that may occur during the service.
I hereby agree to the terms and conditions stated above and acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to ask questions regarding this waiver.
