How do I register?
This form serves as your registration but is not a guarantee of being selected to partcipate. We will send you an email once the decision has been made and you will have 72 hrs. to pay your fee through Paypal, Cashapp or Zelle. Once you sign this form below; it will confrim you agree to the terms of payment and particpation process. Do you limit the number of vendors at the show?
Yes - we are limited to a maximum total number of vendors (depending on the show venue, normally 15-20), and we also limit the number of vendors in each category.
When do we set up for the show?
Doors typically open for vendors 3-4 hours before the show. It is imperative that you arrive early to set up. Booth locations will be assigned and your table will be labeled. ALL SET UP MUST BE COMPLETE BY 3:00PM VERY LATEST. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO SET UP ANY LATER THAN 3:00PM AND YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR FEE. [Strictly Enforced] Please keep in mind there will be other vendors trying to park, unload, and set-up at the same time as you, and setup must be complete 2 hours before the show starts at 5:00pm each night. We recommend you arrive early, setup, then relax and go grab some coffee or brunch and come back for the show.
How many buyers/guests attend your shows?
Typically around 300-400 guests per day.
