You will receive an email with the schedule and hookup/stall information approximately two weeks before the clinic. Please get in touch with me if you have not received one the week before the clinic. You are purchasing a spot in each clinic, and these spots are NON-REFUNDABLE. If there is someone available on the waiting list, you can sell your place if you cannot attend. If there is no waiting list, your deposit will not be refunded. ***If you are registering for more than one child, please fill out separate forms for each child.
