1. The HIDING Stage You don't want to face being an adult. You “pull the covers over your head” and hide. Or you're like a recluse in your home…stuck with no vision or purpose.

2. The FLOATING Stage. You get a job, so you don’t feel lazy and you just pay the bills. There’s no real interest, vision, or purpose. Just floating from one job to another with no real direction or movement.

3. The WANDERING Stage. You’re bored with your job, and your life, and have little or no happiness. You start facing this reality and decide to “fix yourself”. So you try talking to friends or a therapist to help you try and figure out of your misery or a solution. You’re moving but just wandering around with no direction, real purpose, or answers.

4. The I’M DONE Stage. You realize wandering is a waste of time and money. You say “I’m done!”. I’m done with all the nonsense. These choices are not moving you from Point A to Point B. You still desire a meaningful life but feel “stuck” and not sure what to do next.

5. The I’M READY Stage. You decide you are ready to move forward with a vision, passion, and purpose! No more excuses. You are ready to deal with your past mistakes and hurts (because we ALL have them) and discover your true calling and purpose. It’s time for change! You need someone experienced to guide you through this. Every successful athlete has a great coach!
