Pure & Simple: Pure & Simple cookies offer a clean, understated design with up to three colors and a simple, bold pattern or theme. These cookies capture a classic, timeless look, making a strong impact with minimal detail. Perfect for those who want a refined touch without excess.
Fun & Fancy: Fun & Fancy cookies take things up a notch with up to six colors, offering more intricate detailing and design techniques. Expect delicate lettering, simple floral elements, and subtle metallic accents. These cookies strike the perfect balance between playful and polished, ideal for those looking for something a bit more detailed but still elegant. Simple logos also fall in this tier, noting my definition of simple and yours may differ.. You may be quoted at a higher rate for more complex images.
Elaborate & Character: Elaborate & Character decorated sugar cookies offer the complete customized experience. These highly detailed cookies are perfect for weddings, bridal showers, and detailed corporate logos. This tier also includes complex character cookies. Elaborate details include varying textures, hand painting, complex florals and metallic details. These cookie designs may include up to 8 colors of icing.
Please note these pricing tiers are for general reference. Your custom quote is customized for your details. For example: if your set is more Pure & Simple by nature but you'd like metallic details, that can be arranged - the metallics would simply have an additional fee based on quanitity.

At this time, all details are done by hand. I am not able to accept orders that require edible printing.

Confetti cookies are a fun, colorful option incorporating sprinkles and birthday cake flavoring.

Chocolate cutout cookies are a rich, brownie flavored cookie courtesy of Ghiradelli chocolate cocoa powder.

All cookies are decorated with vanilla royal icing.

Quotes & Payments
You will receive your quote via emailed within 48 hours. Your order is not considered booked, nor is your date reserved, until payment has been received. All orders must be accepted & paid within 48 hours of receiving your quote. If the date of pickup is less than 14 days away, quote will include a fast-track fee and must be accepted and paid within 24 hours. If payment is not received within the timeframe alotted, your date will be released.

Pick Up & Delivery
Both pick up and delivery of cookies are an option. Delivery availability is within 25 miles of my home in Wrightstown for an additional fee. Delivery dates and times are dependent upon my schedule and availability. At this time, I do not offer shipping.

Baking is my passion, but I do work a full-time job as well. Adhering to set pick up times is very important. If you absolutely cannot make the agreed upon time, I request you reach out a minimum of 48 hours prior and I will make every effort to be able to accommodate a reschedule.

No-call, no-shows will receive one courtesy email. Failure to reply within 24 hours will be considered abandoned and result in a forfeiture of your order. No refunds will be given for abandoned orders.

Design Paramaters
You have a Pinterest board full of inspo and decisions are tough! I'm here to help you narrow down that vision, but after your order has been placed major changes can only be made within the first 48 hours. After that point, revisions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and additional fees may apply. All designs, quantities and event dates are final 14 days prior to your pickup date and no additional changes will be granted.

Speaking of inspo pics, please remember they are just that - inspiring. As stated in my name, this is an art – and as so, I strive to make every collection unique. I also respect the work of other cookie creators and will not create exact replicas of their designs. I will, however, work to capture the elements you love and create a design you (hopefully!) love even more.

Every effort will be made to adhere to your color scheme, but I cannot guarantee a perfect color match. Also note that each cookie is handmade and it is inevitable that there will be slight variances - like snowflakes, they are each unique.

Content
You may have noticed I like to share my work - that's probably how you found me! However, if for any reason you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Your secrets are safe with me. Out of respect for your events, I do wait to post completed sets until at least 24 hours after pickup. If you would like me to further postpone posting – totally fine! Again, just be sure to let me know when you place your order.

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the customization of orders, refunds are not available for cancelled orders. However, I do understand that things come up that are outside of your control. With a minimum of two weeks notice, an alternate date may be booked within 6 months of your original order. If you need to reschedule your event at the very last minute (cookie order is already completed), cookies can be frozen and stored for up to three months while still tasting fresh and delicious. If for any reason I am unable to complete your order on the agreed upon schedule, a full refund will be issued.

Allergy & Dietary Warnings
All cookies are baked in my private home kitchen which contains common allergens. No allergy accommodations can be made or guaranteed. Therefore, I am not able to accept allergy-conscious orders with a high risk for cross-contamination, such as peanut allergies and gluten intolerance. As much as I'd like to try, I would never want to put any customer at risk.

Liability
Once you pick up your order (thanks again, by the way!), what happens to your cookies is on you. Keep 'em safe, keep 'em cool, and keep em' away from tiny tots and furry friends until you're ready to enjoy them! *Note, while freezing is fine, royal icing cookies do not do well in the refrigerator. Detailed freezing instructions are available.
