Upon completion of the request form, families should receive correspondence with additional information and details. To have your baby dedicated at The Luke Church at least 1 parent must be a member. We dedicate babies between two months - 2 years old. If you would like to schedule a PRIVATE dedication, please make a note in "Additional Details".
