    It’s time to shine, dancers! Our End-of-the-Year Showcase is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to see YOU on stage! This exciting performance will feature incredible excerpts, including the timeless elegance of Paquita, alongside dazzling routines in contemporary jazz, hip-hop, tap, and more!

     
    This is your chance to showcase everything you’ve worked so hard on throughout the year and celebrate all your growth as a performer. Let’s make it an unforgettable evening of fun, joy, and pure magic as we share the stage with friends and family cheering us on!

  • ADDITIONAL CLASSES

    If your dancer is in more than one class, please let us know the class names, days, and times in which your dancer wants to perform so we can make sure they're in the right rehearsal classes and schedules. Most all classes (hip hop, jazz, contemporary, musicalt theater, tap & ballet) will be in the recital. Please confirm with your teacher if you are not sure. 

    • One class performance is $150 (early bird rate with a $250 savings) per dance/per dancer.
    • Each additional class dance is $50 per costume/per dancer.

    This fee covers the extra rehearsals and costume ($50/per costume) for each added piece. If costumes are more expensive a extra fee may be applied.

  • Production Fee: $100

    Productions typically cost $20,000–$25,000, and we strive to keep costs as low as possible for each family. This fee covers:

    • Theater rentals ($7000-$12,000)
    • Teacher costs: Rehearsals, dress rehearsals, theater days 
    • Administration
    • Costume administration
    • Music rights ($12 per student)
    • And more

    Costume Rental Fees (per class):

    • $50–$100 per rental costume, per class. Please use the next section to let us know which dances you would like to participate in. 
    • Should costume prices increase, the difference will be charged to the card on file.

    Paquita Participants

    Must audition on Sat., Jan. 25th to participate. We will not have Saturday rehearsals. Rehearsals will be built into their regular class/rehearsal times. We may need to add a few Saturday rehearsals as we get closer. 

    **Company & Studio Company dancers already paid this fee with deposit**

    **Trainees & Junior Company only pay $150. You do not have the extra $100 fee for rehearsals and tutu rental**

    An additional $100 fee is required for Paquita, which includes:

    • All costume rentals
    • Additional rehearsals
    • Administration 
    • Costume Administration
    • Teacher fees for any additional performances, dress reherarsals, tech time, etc.

  • 1. Positive Environment

    I understand and commit to maintaining a positive and supportive environment for both parents and dancers involved in this production. I recognize the importance of fostering unity and discouraging gossip within our community.

    2. Acknowledgment of Effort

    I recognize the dedication, hard work, love, and countless hours invested by all involved to ensure the best experience for our children. It is our shared commitment to contribute to a collective effort that brings joy to everyone onstage, offstage, and in the audience.

    3. Participation and Support

    While not everyone may receive a lead role, I acknowledge the value of being an integral part of the overall production and pledge to offer unwavering support to all participants.

    4. Director’s Authority

    I understand that casting, choreography, and costume decisions are solely at the discretion of the Director.

    5. Adherence to Guidelines

    If my dancer(s) or I are unable or unwilling to adhere to these principles, I understand that it may be advisable for my dancer(s) not to participate. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the removal of my dancer(s) from performances.

    6. Ticket Requirement

    Each family is responsible for purchasing a minimum of 4 tickets to ensure we are filling the large and beautiful theater.

    7. Refund Policy

    I understand that there are no refunds.

    It truly takes a village. These productions cost anywhere from $20,000-$25,000 and we truly need your help to keep costs down and make this as fabulous as it can be! We do not want to raise rates but if we continue to have to hire helpers we will have no choice. If you do not have time to volunteer and/or prefer to pay the $200 no-volunteer fee, please select that option below. Please select at least one task below and mark your calendars now. Some tasks are specific to the performance, and we will contact you after casting to make sure that performance is still your preference. We will send out reminders. Thank you so much.
