Our Veterans Business Expo & Motorcycle Poker Run will be Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the Clyde Muse Center in Pearl, MS. If you are interested in being a vendor at our Expo, you must complete this Application and submit a $10 Application fee.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENT & SPACE: Standard booths are 10'x10' and include one 6-foot table and 2 chairs. Vendors may purchase up to two booths for additional space. These booths will be combined into one and must represent a single business only. Vendors who own more than one business may purchase additional booths, but a separate vendor application must be completed for each business. CB2RB cannot guarantee that booths for the same owner will be located side-by-side. Vendors must provide proper staffing for each booth/business. Lobby booths, Self-Care Room booths, and Food Truck spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Self-Care Room booths are reserved for industry-specific vendors. Only one (1) Direct Sales Booth per company allowed. Outside space is reserved for food trucks and pre-approved industry-specific businesses only.
DOOR PRIZE REQUIREMENT: Each vendor must donate one item with the value of $20 or more for the Expo raffle. Vendors participating in the Expo Poker Run must provide an additional giveaway item that will be presented at your booth.

Any vendor type and category can register to be listed in the VBE Poker Run. In addition to the gift each vendor submits, Poker Run Vendors must also maintain a special gift at their booths for Poker Run Players. Expo Visitors will have the option to play in the VBE Poker Run and those who play will receive a list of booths that are registered VBE Poker Run Vendors. Players can collect cards by visiting these booths. When a player comes by your booth and is dealt a card, they will receive a special gift from you and are one step closer to winning the ultimate prize. ( Players must be dealt a card before they collect a gift from you.)
Vendors approved must pay booth fees within 72 hours of notification, or the spot will be released to the waitlist. All booth fees are reduced by the $10 application fee already paid. Booth fees are due at the time of signing your vendor agreement. Vendors will not be considered confirmed until full payment is received. All booth fees are non-refundable once paid. If CB2RB must cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its control and does not offer an alternate date, vendors will receive up to a 50% refund or a credit toward a future CB2RB event, at CB2RB's discretion. CB2RB is not liable for additional vendor costs (travel, lodging, shipping, lost sales. Combat Boots 2 Red Bottoms makes no guarantees of sales. This is a rain-or-shine event.
