I understand that we have a strict cancellation policy. If I cancel my appointment within less than 48 hours notice, I will be charged 50% of the service cost. If I cancel within 24 hours notice or No show my appointment I will be charged 100% of the service cost. I am aware that the bronde duo studio is not responsible for any personal items or clothing.
