Come join red seal pastry chef Megan Hennis in this hands on sourdough class. We will be learning about feeding and maintaining starter, creating a sourdough dough to take home to bake, all while learning to make and tasting two breads from start to finish! We will be meeting at Victoria Hudson Market (1701 Douglas street) in the community kitchen.
