    Identity Verification

    2.Valid, unexpired photo identification (e.g., Driver’s License or State ID) for you, your spouse, and any adult dependents included on your tax return.
    Dependent Verification

    3.Birth certificates for all minor dependents claimed on your tax return.
    Income Documentation

    4.All income-related documents, including but not limited to W-2s, 1099s,bank statements and other applicable forms.
