    All participants and/or Guardians acknowledge:

I acknowledge that SPRING Parkour Academy offers a variety of Disciplines simultaneously and I am familiar with the concept of my chosen discipline and the risks involved.

I agree to the terms and conditions contained in this indemnity to participate in the event(s) identified above).

If at any time I feel I cannot continue to participate safely for any reason, whether because of a physical condition, the actions of myself or others, or any other reason, I must immediately discontinue involvement.

As with any strenuous physical activity, I am aware that I must take all necessary precautions, including but not limited to seeking advice from my physician, prior to taking part in the Event(s).

I understand and acknowledge that participation in the Event(s) may involve risk of serious injury or death, including injuries which may result not only from my own actions, inactions, or negligence, but also from the actions, inactions, or negligence of others, the condition of the facilities, equipment, or areas where the Event(s) is conducted, and/or the physically strenuous activities in this gym.

  • Billing Procedures

  • 1. A Registration fee of R30.00 per month is paid once off upon first registration thereafter the annual affiliation fee of R180.00 is payable by all existing students in January.

    2. Our billing cycle runs from the 1st to the last day of the month or closest Friday thereof that completes the week. All classes are billed in advance.

    3. We understand that there are times where life throws us curveballs and you may not be able to attend a class, or there are not enough attendees for your class. For this reason, you are afforded the opportunity to catch up on any missed classes during another class of your group within a two-month period. All groups have multiple classes in a week. Should you not use the opportunity to catch up on your classes within the two-month window, you will, unfortunately, forfeit those classes.

During school holidays, students may not be temporarily “unenrolled” and then re-enrolled when they return. Please understand that The Academy cannot unenroll from its commitments and expenses for three months of the year and thus does not close during school holidays. All classes will be billed and the classes you miss may be caught up before or after your breakaway. Should you not use the opportunity to catch up on your classes within the two-month window, you will, unfortunately, forfeit those classes.

    Exceptions will be for

    a) Injuries occurred and you are unable to train for more than four weeks.

    b) If you are already attending the maximum number of classes per week for your group and you are unable to catch up on any missed classes. This only affects some of the students who train twice a week.

    5. Classes can only be canceled before 14h00 on the day, regardless of your session (15h30 or 17h00). Should you cancel your class after that, you will still be billed, and the class will not fall under your catchup classes. Should you book a class and fail to attend the class the class will be seen as a “no-show” and will be seen as if you attended the class.

    6. A friendly reminder that a minimum of a 30-day notice period is required should you need to cancel your membership.

    7. No student should not be able to train due to finances, so if you have any difficulty paying the class fees, please give me a call. We always make a plan.
