Contacts & issues addressed

Record only one contact per person you speak with.

For the purpose of recording "number of contacts," a member's guests are considered a single contact. If the contact is a guest, discuss the issues with them, but record it as one instance of "insufficient guest control."

If it is necessary to speak with the same person more than once, it still counts as a single contact. When the contact is with a member, record each type of issue discussed.

If an issue does not fall under one of the common teachable momenst listed below list it in the narrative section.
