WAIVER AND INFORMED CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE IN EQUESTRIAN ACTIVITIES NOTE: Please read this document thoroughly before signing. Signing this document asserts that you have read and understood it entirely. The equine liability laws of the commonwealth of Massachusetts states that: “WARNING. Under Massachusetts law, an equine professional is not liable for injury to or the death of, or a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to section 2D of Chapter 128 of the General Laws”. It is my intent and desire to participate in equestrian related activities including, but not limited to, riding, horse handling, instruction, mounted games, or being present at Equestrian activities as an observer or any other activity, however slight, to equestrian activities, or its events held by Red Dunn Farm or its agents.I, , hereby acknowledge that I am fully aware of the nature , purpose and risks of equestrian activities are fully and potentially dangerous and that I fully accept any of the inherent risks involved. I agree to release, hold harmless, keep indemnified, and defend Red Dunn Farm, its agents and representatives, heirs and assigns from and against all claims , actions, costs, expenses and demands and respect to death/injury, loss or damage to my person or property, however caused, arising out of or in connection to my taking part in these activities even if the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by Red Dunn Farm, its agents, representatives, heirs and assigns. It is understood and agreed that this agreement is binding upon myself, my heirs executors and assigns, under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts related to Equine Activity Liability. I understand that this is a legal document. I have read and understood this release and understand all of its terms. I execute it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its meaning and significance. I hereby assume all of these risks associated with equine related activities.
