Please read these terms and conditions which apply to the provision of my professional services. By proceeding, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. If you are unable or unwilling to agree to these terms and conditions, then you should not proceed with the program
DISCLAIMER
Liability
I, hereby release Renae Falcinella from any liability or claims that could be made against her concerning my mental and/or physical well-being during the work that has been outlined and agreed upon (now and in the future) by filling out this form.
Renae Falcinella accepts no responsibility whatsoever. Under no circumstances including but not limited to negligence shall Renae Falcinella be liable for any special or consequential damages in any way whatsoever now or in the future that result from the use of or the inability to use hypnosis, advanced hypnotic techniques, hypnotherapy or any other therapies. The information, techniques, methods and recommendations by Renae Falcinella are not intended to substitute for the diagnosis and a care of a qualified doctor nor to encourage the treatment of illness by persons not recognisably qualified. If you use hypnosis and are under medical care for any condition, do not make any adjustments to any prescribed medication without the approval of your doctor. If in any doubt, you should seek medical advice.

Scope of Practice
I understand that Renae Falcinella is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner of any kind and that hypnotherapy should not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services, of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor.
Refunds
This program has a no refund policy
Participation
I give Renae Falcinella full permission to hypnotize me and to use Rapid Transformational Therapy® knowing that by participating fully in the process and by listening to my recording for 30 days I play an important role in my overall success.
Guarantee
I understand that although Rapid Transformational Therapy® has an incredibly high success rate, Renae Falcinella cannot and does not guarantee results since my own personal success depends on many factors that Renae Falcinella has no control over, including my willingness and desire to affect the changes inside of myself.

1.)Start from the begininning
2.)Complete your RTT Sessions
3.)Complete one module per week over 9 weeks
4.)Ensure you complete the action steps in each module
SUPPORT
This program is a self guided program, it does not include 1-1 support. However you are welcome to email through out the program at renae.yourmindbydesgin@gmail.com. You can ask me questions via email & provide updates on progress & any challenges you are having.
If you find you would love to have deeper one to one support you will have the opportunity to upgrade at an additional cost
Medical Conditions
Please note that hypnotherapy is not recommended if you suffer from epilepsy or any form of psychosis. This program includes an RTT Session that uses hypnotherapy to access your subconscious, it also includes 6 hypnosis audios.
You should not continue with the program if you suffer from any of the above.
Do not operate machinery or drive while listening to your hypnosis audios

What data do I keep?
Basic information such as name, address, email- this information is used as a way of contacting you. Your program includes 30 days of email support, please use the email that you signed up to the program with to ask your questions.
