At Inspirational Adventure Tours, we want every traveller to experience our tours to the fullest—without unnecessary strain. While several of our tours don’t impose specific age restrictions, we understand that some of our itineraries may be physically demanding for certain individuals.

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, we have a responsibility to evaluate the fitness levels of our clients. This is why we require all travellers to complete a fitness assessment as part of their booking process. By doing so, we can help match you with the most suitable tour based on your health and activity level.

Tour Participation & Safety

Should any information provided on your fitness declaration be deemed inaccurate by our Tour Directors or Inspirational Adventure Tours PTY LTD, or if your health condition affects the safety or enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to remove you from the tour. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the trip, and you may be responsible for any additional costs related to flight changes or other arrangements.

When traveling internationally, having appropriate insurance coverage for the entire duration of your journey is a requirement. For domestic trips, we highly recommend having insurance, though it is not mandatory. We advise opting for a comprehensive travel insurance plan. While you are free to choose your preferred insurer, we recommend securing your insurance as soon as you make your deposit, as cancellation policies will be strictly applied from that point onward. If you need help with selecting or purchasing travel insurance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for guidance. If you are joining a tour in a country where you do not hold citizenship, proof of appropriate insurance coverage is required by Inspirational Adventure Tours at least 4 weeks before the tour departure date, or at the time of booking if making your booking within this 4 week time frame, or you risk the cancellation of your tour by us.
