Initium Aerospace was founded on the belief that a future where humanity pushes the boundaries of aerospace innovation is fundamentally more impactful than one where we do not. Today, Initium Aerospace is actively developing niche aerospace technologies that deliver unparalleled economic value, driving progress across industries while advancing humanity’s capabilities in the skies and beyond. Our mission is made possible by assembling a team of exceptional engineers, united by a shared commitment to redefine what’s achievable in aerospace.
  • Your Role and Responsibilities

At Initium Aerospace, our culture is built on accountability and a commitment to excellence. Every team member, regardless of their role, is expected to take ownership of their contributions, communicate proactively, and hold themselves to the highest standards. Success at Initium requires adaptability, focus, and a shared dedication to advancing aerospace innovation.
  • Engineering Team

At Initium Aerospace, engineers will play a central role in designing, building, and optimizing the Initium I, an ultralight rocket capable of delivering sub-50kg payloads to low Earth orbit. In the immediate term, your focus will be on developing a scaled-down rocket engine for our first hot engine test, optimized to reach an altitude of 12km. This includes hands-on work on critical components such as the turbopump, nozzle, catalyser, pipes, and injectors, ensuring each part meets the required performance and reliability standards. Following this milestone, efforts will shift towards achieving a 100km launch, where engineers will expand their responsibilities to include flight computer integration, airframe design, control systems, and further refinement of the core rocket components. This role demands technical excellence, deep system knowledge, and the ability to deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Finance Team

For those joining our finance team, your role will focus on ensuring the financial health and sustainability of Initium Aerospace. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing balance sheets, developing pitch decks, securing funding through investor outreach, and maintaining strong relationships with financial stakeholders. You’ll play a vital role in translating technical achievements into compelling financial narratives, ensuring the company has the resources to achieve our ambitious goals.
  • Legal Team

In our legal team, you'll be responsible for laying the foundation of Initium's legal structure. This includes drafting and managing employment contracts, shareholder agreements, intellectual property protection, and ensuring compliance with aerospace industry regulations. Your work will provide the legal clarity and security necessary for both day-to-day operations and long-term growth.
