This Client Agreement is entered into between iTradeFx News ("The Company") and the Client. By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions governing the use of the Company's services, including but not limited to trading in metals, foreign exchange, cryptocurrencies, energy, and the provision of Crypto Bonds. This Agreement is legally binding, and the Client agrees to comply with the rules and policies outlined herein.

Client: The individual or entity engaging with iTradeFx News for financial and trading services. Services: The range of services offered by iTradeFx News, including trading in commodities, cryptocurrencies, foreign exchange, metals, and the issuance of Crypto Bonds. Crypto Bonds: A unique financial instrument backed by cryptocurrency assets and issued by iTradeFx News. Platform: The online trading interface provided by the Company for executing trades and managing accounts.

This Agreement outlines the terms under which the Company will provide trading services. This includes account creation, maintenance, support, facilitating transactions, and providing market analysis. The Agreement does not guarantee profits or offer investment advice.

iTradeFx News offers the following services:

Trading in metals, including gold, silver, and platinum. Forex trading for major, minor, and exotic currency pairs. Cryptocurrency trading and investments in Crypto Bonds.

Energy trading, including crude oil, natural gas, and renewable energy credits.

5. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date personal and financial information. They must ensure they have sufficient knowledge of the financial products they engage with and understand the risks involved in trading activities. Compliance with local laws and regulations is mandatory.

6. Account Opening and Maintenance To open an account, Clients must complete an application and undergo an identity verification process. Clients must maintain sufficient funds to cover trading margins and associated fees. Accounts inactive for over 12 months may incur inactivity fees or be closed.

7. Trading Policies and Procedures

Clients must adhere to the Company's trading policies, including margin requirements, trading hours, and order execution rules. Unauthorized trading activities, such as scalping or arbitrage abuse, are prohibited.

8. Fees and Charges The Company charges commissions and spreads for trading activities. These fees vary based on the asset class and market conditions. Additional charges may apply for account maintenance, withdrawals, or special requests.

Trading financial instruments involves significant risks, including potential capital loss. Market volatility, liquidity issues, and unforeseen events can impact trading outcomes.

11. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

iTradeFx News adheres to international AML standards. Clients must provide valid identification and may be subject to transaction monitoring.

12. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Client information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Company does not share personal data without Client consent, except as required by law.

13. Intellectual Property The Company's trading platform and associated tools are proprietary. Clients are prohibited from reproducing or distributing the Company's materials.

14. Modifications and Termination

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement with prior notice to the Client. Clients may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice.

15. Limitation of Liability The Company is not liable for losses resulting from market fluctuations, system disruptions, or unauthorized account access.

16. Dispute Resolution Disputes must be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.

18. Force Majeure The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or regulatory changes.

All official communications must be sent to the Company's registered address or via email.

20. Representations and Warranties

Clients represent that they are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

Clients agree to indemnify the Company for losses or claims arising from their use of the Company's services.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. No other agreements or understandings are recognized.

23. Signature Section By signing below, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
