Once this information is processed, you will receive an email directing you to the full scholarship application in the Kaleidoscope platform, or with an explanation of your ineligibility.

On this form, the "applicant" is the student who will be enrolled in an educational program in the upcoming school year.

Additional questions requesting parents' contact and membership information will appear below after submitting the applicant's date of birth, for applicants below 27 years old.

The deadline to submit this eligibility questionnaire is March 15, 2026, at 1 PM PST.
