IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Application & Payment Deadline: Company name in the program booklet must be received no later than May 1, 2026.
Space Details: Exhibitor space includes one 6-foot skirted table and two (2) chairs.
Staffing Requirement: Exhibitor tables must be staffed during all designated exhibitor hours.
Food & Beverage: No food or beverages may be sold or distributed.
Electricity, Phone & Internet: Electricity, phone, and internet access are not included in your exhibitor package and should be purchased directly from the facility. Contact LSullivan@ctconventions.com for more info.
Parking: Parking fees are not included. There is an attached parking garage with fees estimated from $11 to $23.
Right to Revoke: Latinas in Leadership reserves the right to revoke exhibitor approval at any time, including for nonpayment or lack of communication.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to giselle@latinasandpower.com. Please confirm that your cancellation was received. If you do not receive a reply within two (2) business days, contact us directly.
No refunds will be issued on or after May 10, 2026.
