1. Registration Fees and Monthly Tuition
- There is a non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 for the school year session
(August-May) and a non-refundable registration fee of $15.00 for summer session (June
and July). Tuition is $70.00/month and is due on the 1st.
2. Enrollment
- To enroll your child in our dance program, we must receive a completed registration
form, registration fee, and first months tuition.
3. Late Fees and Returned Checks
- A $25.00 late fee will be charged to any payments not made in full by the 7th of the
month. Returned check fee is $45.00.
4. Refunds, Credits, and Pro-rating tuition
- No refunds will be given. All sales are final. Credits will be applied to your account for
any classes that LBDC cannot reschedule. We will pro-rate tuition for holiday breaks.
5. Discounts
- We will give $10.00 off tuition if you have more than one child enrolled in our program.
We also offer a multi-class discount of $10.00 off per class for any student enrolled in 2 or more classes.
6. Class Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
- If class is canceled due to LBDC availability, we will schedule a makeup class within 30 days.
7. Withdraw Notice
- You must notify us by email no later than the 1st of the month PRIOR to the month you
would like to stop classes to avoid paying that month's tuition.
8. Holidays
- LBDC will be closed for the full week of Thanksgiving, two weeks for Christmas/winter
break, and one week for Spring break.
9. Dance Attire
Creative Movement
Please have your child dressed in something comfortable and easy to move in. No shoes required. Barefoot (socks are optional). If your child is not potty-trained, please bring an extra diaper and wipes.
Ballet Classes
Girls: any color leotard and dance skirt with pink or skin color tights. Pink ballet shoes are required. Boys: any color shirt and black pants. Black ballet shoes are required.
Tap Classes
Girls: any color leotard and dance skirt with pink or skin color tights or any color shirt and black leggings. Black tap shoes are required. Boys: any color shirt and black pants. Black tap shoes are required.
Jazz
Girls: any color leotard or shirt with black leggings or jazz pants. Black jazz shoes are required. Boys: any color shirt with black jazz pants. Black jazz shoes are required.
Hip-Hop
Street clothes (no crop tops or short shorts). Any sneakers.
10. Class Expectations
PRESCHOOL LOCATIONS: If your child is in a morning dance class, please bring them to school dressed in their dance clothes. If your child is in an afternoon dance class, please bring their dance clothes/shoes in a bag, so they can change before class!
- When bringing your child for dance class, please do not arrive any earlier than 5-10 minutes before the start of class.
- You will drop off your child to the dance teacher in the lobby. No parents are to stay for class. When class is over, the dance teacher will help students gather their belongings and then they will meet parents back in the lobby for dismissal.
- Please have your child's dance belongings clearly labeled and in a bag. No toys from home are allowed in the building.
- Certain behavior is expected of your child in class. If we have any behavior issues with your child, you will be notified. We may remove your child from class if all attempts to modify behavior have failed.
11. Hold Harmless Agreement and Photo/Video Policy
- I understand the nature of the activities that my child will be participating in at Los
Bravos Dance Company. I hereby release Los Bravos Dance Company, its instructors,
and staff from any and all liability for injuries sustained while participating in classes or
events. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Los Bravos Dance Company, its
instructors, and staff from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action
arising out of or in connection with my child’s participation in the activities. I consent to
the use of photos and videos taken during classes or events for promotional purposes.

12. Performances and Parent Observations
- You will be notified via email of any performances or parent observation classes that LBDC is offering. Participation is not required, but highly encouraged.
