The space usage rate is $150/hour for nonprofits/government agencies and $300/hour for for-profit organizations.
This fee helps support the services and resources needed to make your event a success, including staff time, access to amenities like WiFi and equipment, and other operational needs. If your event falls outside the Center’s regular operating hours, there may be additional fees to help cover staffing and other considerations.
While these fees are standard, we’re happy to explore adjustments or waivers when possible, depending on the specifics of your event.
