Advance Fee: A flat fee will be required for this agreement, which will be the amount specified below at check out. You will be responsible for any filling fees, the amount stated at check out does not include filing fees or any additional costs that can be charged.
The undersigned agrees to pay a flat fee MENTIONED ABOVE for THE LEGAL SERVICES OUTLINED ABOVE.
IF YOU ORDER A LEGAL LETTER ASSIGNEMENT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, CHECKING THE BOX BELOW FOR A LETTER AND MAKING PAYMENT, ATTORNEY JACOB PARTIYELI WILL PREPARE AND SEND A LEGAL LETTER ON YOUR BEHALF. THE ATTORNEY WILL EMAIL YOU A COPY OF THE LETTER FOR YOUR APPROVAL BEFORE IT IS MAILED OUT. IF A RESPONSE LETTER IS SENT TO OUR OFFICE, THE ATTORNEY WILL FORWARD YOU THE RESPONSE. THE ATTORNEYS FEE IS ONLY FOR SENDING OUT A LETTER; IT DOES NOT INCLUDE FOLLOW-UP CALLS WITH YOU OR THE RECIPIENT OF THE LETTER. ANY FUTURE SERVICES REQUIRED BY THE ATTORNEY WILL HAVE TO BE NEGOTIATED AND THEN ENTERED INTO A NEW WRITTEN AGREEMENT.**
IF YOU ORDER A 30-MINUTE CONSULTATION BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, CHECKING THE BOX FOR A 30 MINUTE CONSULTATION AND MAKING A PAYMENT , THE ATTORNEY WILL SPEAK TO YOU REGARDING YOUR LEGAL ISSUE FOR UP TO 30 MINUTES FOR THE FLAT RATE AMOUNT STATED AT CHECKOUT BELOW.**
**IF THE ATTORNEY DECIDES TO CANCEL THE LETTER ASSIGNMENT AFTER RECEIVING THE ASSIGNEMNT, THE ATTORNEY WILL ISSUE YOU A FULL REFUND, AND THE AGREEMENT WILL BE TERMINATED.
NO PROMISES OR GUARANTEES ARE BEING MADE REGARDING THE OUTCOME OF THE CASE.**
The undersigned agrees to pay a flat fee in which the amount is specified at the check out below.
Pursuant to Rule of Professional Conduct 1.15, a flat fee paid in advance for legal services may be deposited in a lawyer’s or law firm’s operating account except a client has a right to require that a flat fee be deposited in an identified trust account until the fee is earned. By signing this retainer agreement, you are agreeing to allow any flat fee payments which you provide to this firm to be deposited into the firm’s operating account instead of a trust account. Of course, you will be entitled to a refund of any part of the flat fee that has not been earned in the event the representation is terminated or the services for which the fee has been paid are not completed.
