  • Training we do not provide.

    -8-hours of Behind the Wheel training for students who took an Online Driver's Education course
    -Abbreviated Adult Course (For 18 and above who fail their driver's license test)
    -Disabled BTW training requiring special equipment (i.e.: hand controls)
    -Adult 8-Hour Remedial Course
    -Manual shift vehicle training

  • Do we offer adult training?
    We do not offer training for adults over the age of 21. The best ways to find locations is either the ohiobmv.gov website or calling to other schools in te area.

  • What ages do we have training available for?
    Our 32 Hour New Driver program is for ages 15 1/2 to 21 years old.​

  • Do we offer 8 hours behind the wheel lessons to students that have completed the classroom online?
    ​
    We no longer offer just the 8 hours of driving with students who have taken the online driver's education because we feel it does not fit with our mission of saving lives and producing the safest drivers possible.

  • ​When are we opening Registration for the New Driver Program?
    We post our class availability 6 months in advance. Class Availabilty and the rext registration date will be posted on the Main page and the New Driver Program tab.

  • Registering Siblings

    If you are registering multiple students (Twins or Siblings) during one registration in the comment box type in "Twin" or "Sibling". When the first registration comes through we will know to look out for the other registration to come through. If the other registration does not come through we will call to get the students information. 

  • Does Professional Driving Systems have a Waiting List for the New Driver Program?
    Waitlist is only if you were able to secure an early registration start date with us and a $100.00 deposit 

     

    Once your student is registered for a session we will contact you via text and/or email when an earlier spot becomes available. The waiting list openings are first come, first serve, and you will be contacted if your student is eligible.

  • Student must meet the below requirements before they begin classes
    ​
    -Student must hold a valid temporary license for a minimum of 3 weeks prior to class start date

    -Student must have a minimum of 10 hours of on road behind the wheel driving with a parent or legal guardian.
    ​
    -Students must log their driving time and present a detailed log to the office prior to class start date.


    (Registration can be done prior to student completing the above requirements)

    $650.00 New Driver Program
    $725.00 New Driver Program with Skid Control Training
    $780.00 New Driver Program with Skid Control Training and 1 hour Maneuverability/Additional Training

  • Can I change my class start date after I register?
    You must start on Class 1 that you are originally registered in. If this not possible you move back to the next available registration date with a $25.00 reschedule fee and or lose your $100.00 deposit. 

  • Do we offer any Discounts

    Returning families will receive a $25.00 discount.

    Families registering multiple students will recieve a $25.00 discount

    Active/Retired Duty Military will receive a $25 discount with ID.

    Yes, if a student's Parent or Legal Guardian is a current or retired Police Officer we will give a $25 discount with ID.

  • Skid Control Training

    Training drivers to be proactive is what we believe in and is the key to reducing tragic outcomes. PDS is proud to be the only driver training facility in Southwest Ohio to offer skid avoidance and control training.

    The training sessions are held on select Thursday and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.

    Cost is $75 for a half hour (30 minutes) for one driver or an hour (60 minutes) with one or two drivers for $125.

     

    To be eligible to take Skid Control Training students are required to have completed a 32 hour New Driver Program and hold a valid temporary permit or have their drivers license. See schedule for training availability.

  • Contact us forms will not be answered on days that New Driver Program registration is posted.

    We understand sessions fill quickly. Once the sessions have filled we will post the next registration date on our website.
