How will it work?
This package offers a full month of guided yoga and breathwork to support grounding, wellbeing, and renewal as you move into the end of the year.
First Class - Wednesday 18th February
Final Class - Saturday 21st March

Wednesday Evening – Gentle Yoga - 8pm UK Time
A calming practice designed to release tension and promote relaxation.
Saturday Morning – Joy Yoga - 10am UK Time
A dynamic class to awaken the body, build strength, and uplift your energy.
Full Moon Breathwork - Monday 2nd March - 8pm UK TimeA guided, conscious breathing practice designed to unlock insight, release emotional blockages, and create a deep sense of clarity and inner expansion
Grief Yoga Session - Saturday 28th March - 6pm UK Time
Movement, breathwork, and sound to release emotional tension, process stored feelings, and support healing during times of loss or transition
Recordings:
All class recordings will be sent to participants so you can practice in your own time if you’re unable to attend live.
Investment: £33 for the full month

This offering provides a simple, supportive structure to help you stay centred, connected, and grounded through the final weeks of 2025.
