Request activation of the payment service

To support payment traffic to your account, Payit works with the services of POM (payment flow management) and Rootline (transmits the amounts paid to your account).

It is therefore important that the latter receives information about the owner(s) of the bank account to which the payments will be paid. Based on this data, Rootline is required to carry out an independent background check "KYC - Know Your Customer" (under the law of 18/9/2017 on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing and on limiting the use of cash) before they can transfer funds to this account.

The KYC procedure consists of verifying the identity of the beneficiary using the information you share via this form. Therefore, keep the following information and documents at hand:

- the company's contact details as known in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE)
- extract from the CBE
- your logo and website details
- the identity documents and personal data of the beneficiaries, such as owners and directors

Fill in all details at once and send. It is not possible to save the data in the form without finalizing the application.

The data sent will only be used for the verification process. Once these have been correctly received and verified, payment traffic to your account will be activated. It is best to take into account a processing time of 2 working days.
