For committees opting to hold virtual meetings, if you have your dates already selected or have a cadence, please use the JotForm below to provide the necessary details.

Only one Zoom meeting can occur at a time using the Texas ENA account. Check the Texas ENA calendar to avoid conflicts.

If you’re using your own Zoom account, please still complete the JotForm and include your Zoom link.
