Hi there! If you're reading this form it's because you're thinking of attending our next pub paint night! Fantastic. Here's how it's going to work!

**If you are purchasing more than one ticket to this event, each guest must fill out this form.

I will prepare your wood by sanding it and staining it by hand. I will bring your stencil (which you will select below), all the paints, and other materials that you'll need to paint your sign. 

After a short tutorial, you'll have all the instructions and confidence to paint your sign. When you're done and your sign is mostly dry, you'll add some hardware to the back and you're good to go!

Please note that participation in this event will be $40 and this amount is non-refundable. If you're unable to make the paint night, I will do everything I can to make sure you can still paint your sign or take it home already painted.

Please choose up to a maximum of three paint colours so we can have them prepared for your event. If you'd like just one colour, you don't need to fill in the 2nd and 3rd drop down menus. You can always ask for more colours at the event. This is just to get you started.
