New vendors are required to pay their first date upon approval. Future weeks are due each Monday of market. We do this to avoid no shows and to cultivate consistent and dedicated vendors. 

Please include below your website and/or social media page links. We also require at least 3 product photos and a booth shot. If you are a new vendor and do not have a booth shot, please add that note at the bottom of the form. Applications without product photos will not be approved.

****You do not need to fill out both Monthly Days Requested AND Specific Dates Requested. If you are consistently attending the same week every month, just fill out below, Monthly Days Requested. If there are only certain Saturdays you want to attend, skip Monthly Days Requested and just choose the Specific Date(s) Requested.

• I understand that I am choosing to participate in the 2025 North Austin Food and Artisan Market at my own risk and hereby release North Austin Food and Artisan Market, Jennifer Childress, Penny V Productions, or the Washington Prime Group from any liability arising from this event or the use of WPG premises for those purposes. I further agree to hold the above parties harmless from any accident, incident, injury, death or damage arising from my use of WPG premises during an event. Such indemnity adhere to the rules and regulations included in this application as well as the rules and regulations outlined on the North Austin Food and Artisan Market website.

• In the event that my tent or any part my of booth causes damage elsewhere, I will be responsible for those damages. I understand parking is available at the designated vendor parking only. Parking information will be provided prior to market.

• The vendor understands there are NO REFUNDS if they cancel or no show. Once their participation date or dates are confirmed and payment is processed they are immutable. ***If the Arboretum Food and Artisan Market cancels due to weather, and the vendor has made a payment, they will move that payment to the next week the vendor is scheduled or credit them for a future market.
