Current space offered is outdoors, We DO NOT measure and tape our spaces, our vendors work very well with one another in spacing and location.
We DO NOT allow for aggressive takeover of larger spaces. If you need two spaces, you are welcomed to specify that on your application (fee’s will apply).
Vendor Space rent is $35 per event, this includes advertising*, signage at the site location, parking, and restroom facilities for our vendors.

Show Policies, Rules, Regulations
1. Setup may begin as early as 7:00 a.m. on the day of the event. All booths must be ready for business by 10:00 a.m. and remain open until at least 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise stated by the show promoter.
2. All vehicles must be moved away from the event area after setup and throughout the entire time the event is open to the public.
After 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event, vehicles will not be allowed to drive through the event area until vendor breakdown begins at 4:00 p.m.
3. There will be one vendor per brand or item, though several vendors per category may be allowed.
4. All booths must display items in good taste. Any booth displaying distasteful or disrespectful items will be asked to remove such items or leave the premises.
5. MARKET PHOTOGRAPHY: The Piquet Fence Marketplace LLC may photograph and record the venue, members, guests, customers, and events during regular business activities for advertising and marketing purposes. The Piquet Fence Marketplace LLC reserves all rights to these photographs and recordings. Approved members are granted commercial licensing to use their specific photographs taken by the Farmer’s Market for their own advertising and marketing. The cost of this commercial licensing is included in the overall rental space price.
6. Piquet Fence Marketplace LLC or its affiliates take no responsibility for sales tax, handling of cash transactions, or securing vendor items.
7. Vendors are responsible for keeping their areas clean, neat, and free of trash.
Vendors must pick up their trash and keep their area clean. Vendors who do not remove all debris and signage from the premises will be charged an additional $10.00 on their next application fee.
8. Vendors must provide their own tables, canopies, personal signs, and chairs. Tent weights: At least 35 pounds of weight per tent leg (140 pounds total) is required for outdoor tent use, including open pavilions. Upon removal of the tent weights, the canopy must be taken down promptly.
9. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
10. Piquet Fence Marketplace does not offer refunds, issue credits, or move vendors to other dates at the vendor's request. There are no refunds related to adverse weather, but we do offer the option to roll fees to the next show. Vendors are not moved, issued credits, or refunded for mistakes made by, and/or personal or business issues of the vendor including, but not limited to: payment with the wrong card, double booking with another event, double booking the company market dates, failure to check or misreading the availability list on the website, vendor cancellations, late shows, no shows, default of this agreement, termination of this agreement, end of term period, etc.
11. Vendors who do not show up for the event are considered "no show" vendors and will not be approved for any future markets.
12. Chargeback claims: Vendors who submit disputes, fraud claims, chargebacks for credit card charges, and/or stop payments for payments they authorized, and/or for payments in which the vendor received services, decided to forfeit all or part of their services, and/or defaulted this agreement are permanently removed from the market. In the event the vendor submits a fraudulent chargeback claim, the company will invoice the vendor to recover costs for services agreed to in this agreement, submit any failure to pay an invoice to collection agencies, and/or seek any legal remedy allowed by law.
13. No smoking or vaping is permitted at your booth.
14. If you have an emergency and need to leave, please inform a promoter.
15. Insurance: Vendors are required to obtain and maintain their own general liability and product liability insurance policies.
16. Vendor agreements, applications, and payments are required: A vendor is not approved until they have signed the agreements and received confirmation from the market promoter, Marlena Thomas (Piquet Fence Marketplace LLC representative).
17. No smoking or vaping is permitted at your booth.
18. If you have an emergency and need to leave, please inform a promoter. Vendors who leave the show without notification will not be invited back.
19. Piquet Fence Marketplace reserves the right to ban any individual or business as we see fit.
20. Force Majeure: The company is not liable for any failure to perform any obligation under any agreement, or for any delay in performance, due to events or circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control including, but not limited to, weather, acts of God, acts or threats of terrorism, government acts, technical failures, fire, or other similar events or circumstances. The company is not liable for any act by any local municipality, county, state, or venue which may result in the failure of the company to perform any obligation under any agreement, or for any delay in performance including, but not limited to, cancellations of markets, placing additional restrictions on vendor participation, changes to market dates, times, or locations at the venue, failing to enforce laws or ordinances affecting a market.
21. Hold Harmless: Piquet Fence Marketplace takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items, or injuries to vendors, their supplies, and/or equipment. You are participating at your own risk and agree to this statement by signing this application. Vendor, in consideration of being provided rental space at any Piquet Fence Marketplace markets, agrees to the terms and conditions of the current rules: 1. Vendor shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Piquet Fence Marketplace LLC, its owners, brokers, agents, coordinators, servants, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all loss, damages, liability, claims, suits, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, regardless of the merit or outcome of any such claim or suit, arising from or in any manner connected to the willful misconduct or negligent acts, errors, or omissions of the vendor, its agents and employees, in connection with the vendor's participation in the Piquet Fence Marketplace markets and in the performance of services, work, or activities under this agreement; and 2. Vendor acknowledges receipt of and agrees to comply with each rule, regulation, procedure, term, and condition set forth in the current version of the 2025 Piquet Fence Marketplace Vendor Rental Agreement and Policy Terms.
22. Limitations on Liability: The company is not liable to any vendor or any other person for special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary losses, damages, or expenses, directly or indirectly arising from the participation or non-participation of the vendor in any market, or from any other cause relating thereto. The company’s liability does not, in any event, whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence and strict liability) or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by the vendor for their rental space in this agreement.
23. If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforcement of any other provision of the agreement. Rather, the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the extent necessary so that it is valid, legal, and enforceable.
