PIQUET FENCE MARKETPLACE

Piquet Fence Marketplace LLC ("Marketplace" or "Company") reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these policies, rules, and participation terms at any time. The most current version shall govern all approved vendors and market participants.

Vendor Spaces All vendor spaces are currently located outdoors. Vendors will receive a booth assignment map via email several days before each event. Booth locations are assigned by Marketplace management and may be adjusted as necessary to optimize event flow, accessibility, safety, and customer experience.

Vendor spaces are rented on an individual booth basis. Vendors may not expand beyond their assigned space or occupy neighboring spaces without prior approval. Vendors requiring additional room for displays, trailers, inventory, demonstrations, or equipment must reserve additional booth spaces during the application process. Additional fees apply.

Vendor Fee
Vendor space rental is $35 per market event and includes:

Assigned vendor booth space
Event advertising and promotion
Social media marketing when applicable
Placement in event announcements
On-site event signage
Vendor parking
Access to restroom facilities
Opportunity to participate in Marketplace promotions
Advertising efforts may include social media platforms, community calendars, online event listings, print materials, email marketing, and other promotional channels selected by Piquet Fence Marketplace.

Submitting a recurring application does not guarantee acceptance. Approval is not final until Marketplace management completes its review, payment processing, agreement acceptance, and written approval.

Piquet Fence Partner Program
The Piquet Fence Partner Program recognizes and rewards vendors who consistently support and participate in Marketplace events.

Vendors who participate in six (6) or more Piquet Fence Marketplace events may become eligible for Partner status.

Partner Benefits May Include:
Priority booth placement consideration
Early access to market registration
Featured vendor recognition on Marketplace social media channels
Inclusion in exclusive promotional campaigns
Partner recognition within Marketplace marketing materials
Advance notice of upcoming events and special opportunities
Priority consideration for seasonal and specialty markets
Partner status is a privilege extended at the discretion of Marketplace management and may be modified, suspended, or revoked for policy violations, repeated no-shows, or conduct deemed detrimental to the Marketplace community.

Vendor Rules, Regulations & Policies
1. Setup and Market Hours
Vendor setup may begin as early as 7:00 a.m. on the day of the event unless otherwise specified.

All booths must be fully set up and ready for business by 10:00 a.m. Vendors are expected to remain open and operational until at least 3:00 p.m. or until the posted market closing time.

2. Vehicle Policy
Vehicles must be unloaded and moved to designated parking areas immediately after setup.

For the safety of customers and vendors, no vehicle traffic will be permitted within the market area after 10:00 a.m. until vendor breakdown begins at market close.

3. Vendor Categories
Piquet Fence Marketplace reserves the right to limit duplicate products, services, or brands. Approval of one vendor does not guarantee category exclusivity.

4. Merchandise Standards
All merchandise, displays, signage, and promotional materials must reflect professional standards and good taste.

Marketplace management reserves the right to require removal of any item, display, message, or product deemed offensive, inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with the family-friendly atmosphere of the event.

5. Photography & Marketing Release
Piquet Fence Marketplace may photograph, record, or otherwise capture images of the event, vendors, customers, products, and activities for promotional and marketing purposes.

By participating, vendors grant the Marketplace permission to use such photographs, videos, and recordings in advertising, social media, websites, printed materials, and future promotional campaigns without compensation.

Vendor photographs taken by Marketplace staff may also be shared with participating vendors for their own business promotion.

6. Sales Tax, Transactions & Security
Vendors are solely responsible for:

Collecting and remitting applicable sales taxes
Managing customer transactions
Protecting cash, inventory, equipment, and personal property
Piquet Fence Marketplace assumes no responsibility for theft, loss, damage, or transaction disputes.

7. Booth Cleanliness
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and professional booth area throughout the event.

All trash, boxes, packaging materials, signage, and debris must be removed when vacating the premises. Vendors who leave excessive trash or cleanup requirements may be assessed a $10 cleanup fee added to future event participation costs.

8. Vendor Equipment & Tent Requirements
Vendors must provide their own:

Tents/canopies
Tables
Chairs
Displays
Signage
Extension cords and related equipment
All outdoor canopies must be secured with a minimum of 35 pounds per leg (140 pounds total). Marketplace management may require additional weight or removal of unsafe structures due to weather conditions.

9. Application Approval
Incomplete applications will not be processed.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are considered approved only after:

Application submission
Payment receipt
Agreement acceptance
Written approval from Marketplace management

10. Cancellation, Refund & Weather Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable.

If a market is affected by severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, Marketplace management may, at its sole discretion, offer vendors the opportunity to transfer their paid fee to a future event.

Refunds, credits, or transfers will not be issued due to:

Scheduling conflicts
Double bookings
No-shows
Incorrect payments
Personal emergencies
Business issues
Failure to attend or remain during the event

11. No-Show Policy
Vendors who fail to appear without prior communication may be classified as a "No Show."

Repeated no-shows may result in denial of future participation and loss of Piquet Fence Partner eligibility.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Any vendor who initiates an unauthorized chargeback, payment dispute, fraudulent claim, stop payment, or similar action after receiving approved vendor services may be permanently prohibited from future participation.

Marketplace management reserves all legal rights available for recovery of fees, collection costs, and related expenses.

13. Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are prohibited within vendor booths and designated market areas.

14. Early Departure
If an emergency requires a vendor to leave before market closing, the vendor must notify Marketplace management or event staff.

Vendors who leave without notification may not be invited to future events.

15. Insurance
Vendors are strongly encouraged and may be required to maintain appropriate liability insurance coverage, including general liability and product liability insurance where applicable.

16. Right of Refusal
Piquet Fence Marketplace reserves the right to refuse, revoke, suspend, or terminate participation by any vendor, business, organization, or individual at its sole discretion.

17. Force Majeure
Piquet Fence Marketplace shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather
Natural disasters
Government actions
Public emergencies
Venue restrictions
Utility failures
Acts of terrorism
Fire
Technical failures
Other unforeseen events
18. Hold Harmless & Indemnification
By participating, vendors acknowledge they do so at their own risk.

Vendors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Piquet Fence Marketplace LLC, its owners, representatives, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Vendor negligence
Vendor misconduct
Product-related claims
Personal injury
Property damage
Vendor operations at the event
19. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Piquet Fence Marketplace LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from participation or non-participation in any event.

Any liability of the Marketplace shall be limited solely to the amount paid by the vendor for the applicable event space.

20. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
