1. What is a Travel Voucher?

A travel voucher is a discounted certificate that you receive for hotel stay that is usually 75-80% off the regular price.

2. How much is the voucher?

Each locations varies. The price you pay is the taxes and government fees, some locations do have resort fees and require you to pay before check in and some allow you to pay at check in.

3. How long do I have to activate it?

Once we send out the voucher link, you have 7 days to pay and activate it. Now they have a payment delay program. On the 6th day before you voucher expires, they will send you an offer to pay the $19 down payment, and they will split the remaining balance over 4 weeks.

4. How long is the voucher good for?

The voucher is good for 18 months after activation.

5. What are the hotel options & dates?

We don't know the hotel options, nor the dates open. Once you activate the voucher, it gives you that information. Each of our destinations may have as many as 20 participating hotels, based on the dates selected it will showcase up to 5 different Hotels for you to choose from based on availability. The properties that participate in these promotional offers release the unoccupied inventory just 30 days ahead of time thus it requires the end user to give a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book dates.

6. How many people is the voucher good for?

The voucher is good for 2 people some locations allow 2 adults and 2 kids.

7. Is the voucher all inclusive?

THE VOUCHER IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE you have the option to add all inclusive for an additional fee which the resort will give you that price. Terms and Conditions may apply.

10. What do I need to do?
