Waiver

I, acknowledge that I have voluntarily enrolled in yog classes offered by Atulyam Yog. I understand that participating in yog involves physical activity and may include stretching, bending, and other movements that could pose risks of injury. I am fully aware that it is my responsibility to listen to my body and perform the exercises at my own pace and within my physical limitations.

By signing this waiver, I assume all risks associated with my participation in yog classes. I release and discharge Atulyam Yog, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of my involvement in these classes. I also agree not to hold Atulyam Yog responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may be aggravated during the course of the yog sessions.

I understand that yog is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and I have been advised to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any physical exercise program. I agree to abide by the instructions provided by the yog instructors and to inform them of any physical limitations or health concerns that may affect my ability to safely participate in the classes.

I have carefully read and understood the terms of this waiver, and I willingly and voluntarily sign it with full knowledge of its contents. I intend for this waiver to be binding upon myself, my heirs, and my personal representatives.
