Do you agree to have private financial counseling if accepted into the program?

While some entrepreneurs may become successful financially without a solid understanding of personal finances, having sound financial knowledge is critical to increasing your chances of success, and more importantly, remaining successful.
If chosen, do you agree to becoming a Business Counseling Client, attend counseling sessions as needed, and sign an information release form to share information with LAUNCH?

LAUNCH participants will be required to register as a Business Counseling Client of the Small Business Center (SBC)at Wayne Community College. SBC counseling services are not limited to LAUNCH participants, but if chosen to participate you must agree to counseling. Counseling is confidential and free of charge, however, there may be times when information needs to be shared with associates of the LAUNCH program.
To be eligible for the Pitch Competition, you must be able to attend a minimum of 8 seminars and all mentoring sessions. Do you agree to be in attendance?

Seminars and mentoring sessions are 2 hours each, held Thursday evenings. Please see the calendar above for exact dates and times. Please note, any missed seminars must be rescheduled with the class facilitator.

At the end of each class, LAUNCH participants will be given an assignment to complete. It is the responsibility of the LAUNCH participant to contact the coordinator for the assignment in the event of an absence.
