VENDOR AGREEMENT - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Event is Open to: Handcrafted, Homemade, Vintage, Antique, Food/Beverage Trucks/Carts and Entertainers
No Direct Marketing/Sales will be accepted. No imports or factory mass produced items will be permitted

Per Date Event Fee:
Farmers, growers, ranchers, and producers of vegetables, fruits, herbs, meats, dairy, grains, nuts, fibers, eggs, honey, plants and flowers. $20.00
Baked Goods, Handmade, Handcrafted, Vintage, Antique Vendors: $45.00
Food / Beverage Truck/Cart: $45.00

Events are One Day From 10am-4pm.
Event is held on Asphalted Parking Area.
THE EVENT WILL BE RAIN OR SHINE
Vendors will be notified by email if application is accepted.
Vendor Can Begin Set up at 8am. Your location will be provided to your upon your arrival the day of the event. If you need more time to set-up please contact us after Application Acceptance.
Vendors are required to bring all the equipment they need to successfully vend their product. Tents are required to be securely weighted for the safety of our patrons. No Staking Is Permitted. Vendors who do not secure their tent may be asked to leave the market.
Vendors must be set up the morning of the event and checked in by 9:30am.
All vendors are responsible for carrying their own product liability insurance. It is a vendor’s responsibility to know what permits, licenses, and certificates are required to sell their product, and all must be current and valid
No portable fuel containers, oily rags or flammable is to be located in booth areas.
All vendors must bring trash bags for booth clean up, Dumpsters will Be provided.
Each vendor is responsible for maintaining his/her booth area in a clean, neat manner throughout the day and for cleaning his/her area before departing at the end of the day
Entertainer/Artist who wishes to provide free and open entertainment or programming (meaning no ticketed or admission fee for individual participants) at the market (self-marketing is allowed)
No smoking or vaping during event on The Farm Property
Please note that unless you have had it approved before the event, you CANNOT leave the event early. If you do so you will not be allowed to participate in future events.
VENDORS WHO ARE A NO CALL NO SHOW WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND WILL FORFEIT ANY REMAINING BOOTH SPOTS YOU HAVE SET UP FOR THE YEAR
If The FARM has to cancel a show due to inclement weather or a pandemic, the show will be moved to the next available date that the facility has available, and your booth fee will move to that next date. REFUNDS are not given for shows that are moved due to either of these
Power is very Limited and will be available on FCFS basis at an additional Fee. Vendor will be responsible for bringing their own extension cords. We suggest a min. 50 foot cord.
We do not send out vendor packets, your process payment is your acceptance. All the information you will need is in this application. If you are NOT accepted, we will inform you via the email you provided.
Vendors are expected to promote by using your Social Media Accounts to help saturate the areas of the shows your going to be a vendor at. Please use the flyer of each show your attending to show your followers where you will be also.
A Link to both the Event Page and our Vendor Group on Facebook will be emailed to you receipt of Event Fee.
PLEASE TURN IN THE TAX FORM AT THE END OF THE SHOW THAT IS GIVEN TO YOU IF YOU FILE WITH A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. THE TAX COMMISSION IS FORCEFULLY REGULATING AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BEGGING FOR YOUR TAX INFORMATION.
The Farm Shopping Center coordinator reserves the right to request a vendor to leave the event, in its sole judgment, if the vendor booth does not conform to event guidelines or if their products are inconsistent with that was submitted in the application or for any other reason.
Application deadline is 15 days prior to the specific Event Date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL BOOTH PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
If for any reason you are no longer able to participate in the FARM Outdoor Market and need to cancel, you agree to have your booth space released to be filled by another vendor.
HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE: The exhibitor/vendor assumes the entire responsibility for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury to persons or damage to displays, equipment, or other property brought upon the premises and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Farm Shopping Center owners, servants, agents, officers, and any other employee's against all claim or expenses for such losses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of the space at the event. The exhibitor/vendor understands that The Farm Shopping Center does not maintain
Vendor Agrees to submit the required vendor event fee within 3 days of application approval and of Invoice receipt.
Vendor agrees to remit the appropriate sales tax on items sold in my booth to the Oklahoma Tax Commission
