1. Consent to Be Filmed and Recorded
I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to the organizers of the above-listed event or production (“Producer”) to record my image, voice, name, and likeness in video, audio, photographic, and written formats (collectively, “Recordings”) during my participation.

2. Use of Recordings
I understand and agree that the Producer may use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, broadcast, stream, and otherwise exploit the Recordings, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to online platforms, social media, television, film, promotional materials, and advertising, without further notice or compensation to me.

3. Rights Granted
I grant the Producer the irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use the Recordings for any lawful purpose. I understand that I will not have any rights of ownership, royalties, approval, or inspection regarding the use of the Recordings.

4. No Compensation
I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and will not receive financial compensation for the use of the Recordings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Waiver and Release
I release and hold harmless the Producer, its affiliates, representatives, employees, sponsors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Recordings, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or misappropriation.

6. Legal Age and Authority
I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and have the full legal capacity to sign this release. If under 18, a parent or guardian must sign below.
