TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please acknowledge the following statements by signing below:
1. The maximum TABUK Properties Investment Portion will be 75% of CD$400,000.00. Any amount above this amount is the buyer’s responsibility.
2. TABUK Properties currently funds properties in the province of Alberta and Ontario only. It will be extended to other province based on investor readiness.
3. The title of the property will be in TABUK Properties’ name, Home Buyer’s interest is registered in the property.
4. TABUK Properties will only invest in freehold residential properties (e.g., properties where title is shared with a condo association are not eligible).
5. For refinancing investments from TABUK Properties, proof of your “Demonstrable Equity” in your home should be attached with this form. TABUK Properties will be scheduling an appraisal of your home prior to approving funds.
6. The completion and submission of this form should NOT be construed as a guarantee of approval for an TABUK Properties Investment.
7. The minimum waiting period on AWL is six months and your share needs to 25% of total price of the property.
8. This AWL FORM completed and duly signed is REQUIRED by the TABUK Properties Board BEFORE your request is reviewed.
