الغرض من النموذج الحالي هو استخدامه للمشاكل التي تعثر حلها من قبل الإدارات والاقسام والكليات المعنية بالشكوى او المقترح وعلى الطالب تقديم الشكوى او المقترح بشكل واضح ومحدد مع تضمين الاسم، الرقم الاكاديمي، والمستوى 
 وإرفاق أي مستندات أو صور داعمة إذا أمكن

The purpose of the current form is to address issues that have not been resolved by the relevant departments and colleges regarding the complaint or suggestion. The student is required to present the complaint or suggestion clearly and specifically, including their name, academic number, and level, and to attach any supporting documents or images if possible.
