2. Staff members will be responsible for teaching policies and procedures to volunteers on July 30th. You will be prepped for this prior to camp.
3. Staff members will be required to enforce policies and procedures throughout camp. This may involve providing corrections to volunteers.
4. Staff members will oversee cabin activities. They will aid volunteers in transitioning their campers to and from each activity.
5. Staff members will teach daily devotionals to their cabin. These devotionals and materials will be provided to you.
6. Staff members will lead nightly "family time". This is where each cabin's volunteers and staff members meet after the campers go to bed to debrief about the day, support one another, pray together, and prepare for the next day.
7. Staff members will be trained in Crisis Prevention prior to camp (at the full day of required training). Staff members will be certified for two (2) years post training. At camp, staff will use these skills to handle camper crises as they occur. Leadership will aid staff in these crises events.

11. Staff will aid leadership in creating a fun, empowering, supportive, and Christ-centered culture at camp. This may invovlve playing games, singing silly songs, and creating fun moments for your cabin. We empower staff to support volunteers as needed (giving breaks, praying with them, or talking to them).
12. Staff will be required to help check in volunteers and campers as they arrive. Staff will arrive prior to volunteers on July 30th (training day) to help set up cabins and prepare for volunteer arrival.
13. Staff will primarily stick to the duties above, but may be asked to preform other tasks as needed. Due to the variety of children we serve and the unpredictable nature of running a camp for children with special needs, staff may be asked to help support leadership through a variety of other roles as situations occur.
