Volunteer duties for event setup may include:
- Set and decorate tables
- Blow up balloons and assist with building balloon arches
- Set up registration table
- Move furniture to accomodate event design
Volunteer duties for event clean up may include:
- Take down and pack up all decorations
- Take down balloon arches, pop balloons
- Sweep ballroom floor
- Vacuum hallway and entrance area
- Move furniture back into place
- Clean prep kitchen
- Take out trash
